With Barefoot we’ve redefined the boundaries of the design of the modern cruising catamaran. These innovative new yachts combine dynamic performance with distinctive contemporary styling and the comfort and space you expect from the most alluring of cruising yachts.

BAREFOOT 45
Every detail of the Barefoot 45 expresses agility, style and dynamism. Strong, elegant lines underscore its responsiveness and sporting ambition. The aerodynamically swept deck profile provides low drag to optimise upwind performance and the efficient rig invites performance sailing with a minimum of effort.
The broad open cockpit invites convivial relaxing in harbour or at sea and the raised helm station provides excellent vision.
Barefoot 45 is spacious and airy below, with up to four double cabins and ample space for a washer and dryer up forward.
Barefoot 45 is equally at home as a charter boat or private cruiser.

The TC 627 is designed as a performance boat that is both fast and fun to sail. Aimed at the niche between a beach cat and a sports boat. Being atrimaran, it is much more stable than a skiff, so high speed sailing can be enjoyed without the gymnastics of dinghy sailing. With various sail combinations it can be sailed safely in a variety of conditions. The boat can be easily demounted by two people and put on a trailer to take home.

A fun high performance sailing trimaran designed for sailing excitement and trailerablility. The floats feature wave piercing shapes, retaining high buoyancy but still able to be demounted. The main hull has a small cuddy cabin for storage. Sailing can be done from the floats or cockpit. The pop-up rudders are in the floats, while the centerboard is central for reliable helm balance. The square top main is boomless for crew safety. Construction is in polypropylene honeycomb composite with option of foam composite.

We pay a lot of attention to the design of the cockpit. including easy access for boarding, comfortable seating that is oriented for socialising, and a generous

The New “Performance-Cruiser AB SIAM CAT 30’” Sailing catamaran Sailing catamaran is a new design that could be used on both regattas and for family cruise. Main feature of this cat is that can be easily demountable in two separate hull and deck to be shipped with a low cost standard 40 ft container worldwide or to be trailerable on road to reach cruise or race destination. Other required main feature was to have a sailing catamaran really fast and light to participate in all cruises with a solution on a transformable cockpit, that under race is “removed” (open cat) with the two side parts of the deck-cockpit could and flush to the deck, roof removed and boom lowered with a lowest point on the mast to be used with a bigger and more performance race main sail. The other cockpit configuration, to be used on normal sailing purpose like on weekends or coastal cruising can be easily obtained and the cockpit can be fast transformed in a real closed cockpit (like cruising cats) with the two large deck hatches in upper open position that become cockpit rigid sides and with a mounted Sunbrella on aluminum frame roof and highest cruise main sail boom point on mast.Hull shape is similar to many performance sailing cat but with a lighter design displacement to make benefit on race and of the fact “on blue water use”, racing weight will be anyway 200kg less of many competitors including crew. In fact construction is in foam sandwich with a fairly robust layup in vinyl ester resin (Osmosis resistant) that will result in a weight for the boat ready to race.

The hull has a mild flair that increases the interior volume while providing reserve buoyancy forward with the deck round reducing overall windage. The design has 3 main large diameter alloy (or Carbon as option) beams that provide the basis for a stiff and strong structure. The rig is ideally the All Yacht Spars 200 Wing section or optional a Barlowing (Nick Barlow design) custom built Wind rotating mast. The cockpit rather than a sit on cockpit as on other similar small performance catamaran is with “built in” seats (even removable for freight or transport on trailer). This configuration is better for longer coastal races where the crew weight is better positioned in the cockpit in moderate to strong conditions. In lighter conditions the crew will usually find themselves moving their weight forward and to leeward.

The “Performance-Cruiser AB SIAM CAT 30’” cockpit configuration allows the sails to be trimmed from sitting in the cockpit in moderate to strong conditions or from the tramp in lighter conditions.
The interior of each hull has a largish bunk forward, which will mainly only be used at anchor. Under the cockpit is a narrow sea bunk where a crew member can escape the elements on an overnight or passage race. Access to the interior is provided by the large deck hatch that can be closed fair with the deck during race and in performance configuration. Just inside this hatch there is a seat on the outer side and a bench and stowage unit on the inner side that can have a butane stove in one hull and a nav. area in the other hull.
The 8-10hp outboard in mounted on a central lifting bracket although could be mounted on a bracket on the inner side of the hull if preferred. Inboard engines or sail-drives 9 to 12 hp Yanmar configuration are available as well.

The Torr 679 Catamaran was designed as an easy to sail multi-hull yacht, which could also be trailed by the average family car without the need for demounting or expensive collapsible trailers. Designed primarily for 2 people, the TC 670 is ideal for a couple, or a family with young children. The small cabin features a double berth, a good sized and easy to use galley, and a small table around which 3 can sit in comfort. There is also a chemical toilet beneath the foot of the double berth, and 2 children could bunk down in the cockpit under a boom tent. At anchor, the tent will turn the cockpit into a huge covered living area. It is also quite possible to add quarter berths in each hull under the cockpit seats for children.

This yacht features a single centre board and rudder placed on the center line. On small, narrower cats, this configuration has proven to be most effective and efficient, and the lack of board cases in the hulls makes construction that much easier and quicker

Particular care has been taken to ensure that this boat is both a safe and reliable performer, with an efficient sail plan and low profile for windward performance

All sails can be reefed in a blow, and the yacht features removable ‘H obbie’ style out-rider seats for sailing in stronger winds. For normal sailing these are unnecessary. The rig features an asymmetrical spinnaker set from a bow pole, but a normal symmetrical spinnaker could be used if desired
